Terms and Conditions for POL Scholarship 2026.

Primary Online Learner™ (POL) Scholarship – Terms & Conditions

1. Programme & Prerequisites:

• The scholarship provides access to the POL Cambridge Curriculum online programme.
• A stable internet connection and access to a suitable device are mandatory prerequisites. The scholarship covers programme fees only and does not include costs for data, devices, or other supplementary materials.

2. Eligibility:

• The scholarship is open to primary school-aged learners.
• Applicants must have a genuine need for financial assistance to access online learning and must meet the technical prerequisites stated above.
• Employees and immediate family members of Primary Online Learner™ and its partners are not eligible.

3. Application Process:

• Applications must be submitted via email to ceo@clad.co.zw only. Applications through other channels will not be considered.
• The application must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian if the applicant is a minor.
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate disqualification and possible ban from Clad Online Tutoring Services.

4. Selection Process:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an online interview.
• Selection is based on demonstrated need, commitment to learning, and suitability for the Cambridge Curriculum online programme.
• The decision of the POL selection committee is final and binding.

5. Scholarship Award:

• Three (3) scholarships for the Cambridge Curriculum programme will be awarded.
• The scholarship is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is valid only for the specified term.

6. Scholarship Recipient Obligations:

• Successful recipients must comply with all POL programme rules and codes of conduct.
• Consistent participation and satisfactory academic progress are required to maintain the scholarship.
• POL reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship if the recipient fails to meet participation standards, violates policies, or no longer meets the technical prerequisites (e.g., consistent internet access).

7. Data Privacy, Modifications & Liability:

• Personal information will be used solely for administering this scholarship.
• POL reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the programme at any time.
• POL shall not be liable for technical failures or circumstances beyond its control affecting the application process.

8. Acceptance:

• Submission of an application constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
